UNI 800

The Uni 800 concept consists of three main parts:

  • The greasing unit with drip-tray,
  • The vapour screen or range hood,
  • The conveyor belt.

Each part is available in various versions!The greasing system requirements made by today’s bakeries have served as our reference point for combining these main parts. By combining the various options of this concept in different ways, a system can be built which is capable of performing a very wide range of tasks.

UNI 800:


Accuracy is as always one of the assets of the Uni 800. The unique coupling between the different parts guarantees the exact positioning of the baking trays during the greasing process, thus limiting overspraying to a minimum. The Uni 800 with automatic dosage system for releasing agent is capable of continuous production throughout the week. 24/7.

Vapour Screen:


In order to remove any slight vapour mist, caused by spraying release agent, the concept can be extended with a range hood.
This hood can be fitted with a centrifugal suction unit to remove any vapours and to separate and catch any oil contents. Since the system purifies the air by means of centrifugal force, the returned air is virtually oilfree. Its simple construction makes the unit maintenance-friendly and dependable.

Conveyor Belt:


The measurements of the conveyor belt can be adapted to your existing transport system in order to provide a perfect match with your input and output system. The standard drive unit of the conveyor belt is a 0.37 kW frequency-regulated SEW motor. For the transport chain there is a choice between various options, including a 4” stainless steel bottle chain, a 1” stainless steel bottle chain or plastic chains. The 4” bottle chain can be fitted with magnets if required.
